ASPECTS OF THEORETICAL AND CULTURAL AUTONOMIES: PRO ET CONTRA

It is necessary to reconsider all forms of the existing autonomies as well as all forms of existing relations between majority and minority which results can be qualified: territorial autonomy, cultural autonomy, consociational democracy. On the second place, it should be reconsidered both advantages and disadvantages of all existing forms of the autonomy; in third part shall be explained forms of the autonomy in the light of the European Union policy and in fourth pail will be applied comparative experiences in regard of Serbia and projected possible directions and possible improvements of the situation. In same time is important to give estimation of the status of minority policy in regard to the relations between rudimentary forms of the autonomy and status of democracy.
