摘要
A kind of dual-band notched ultra wideband microstrip antenna is presented in this paper. The reflectioncoefficient has goodnotched characteristics at rejection band of 3.3GHz similar to 3.7GHz and 5.15GHz similar to 5.85GHz by etching a complementary split ring in semicircular radiating patch. The stop bands cover WIMAX and WLAN frequency band. The designed antenna operates from 2.8GHzto12GHz. The gain is 2.3dB similar to 6.3dB in operating band, while the gain is less than 0dB in rejection band. And the antenna shows good omnidirectional radiation patterns in H-plane in the working band.
