摘要
In this paper, I analyze the concept of evil in Kant and its use by contemporary commentators. I present the criticisms about the capacity of this concept to correctly explain atrocities, such as genocide and terrorism. We notice that there are two different kinds of assessment: those who think the Kantian concept of evil is enough to explain atrocities and those who think we need a powerful concept to explain it.
