摘要
Currently, a system that is called demand response programs is being introduced among various countries. Demand Response Program (DRP) can be defined as the incentive payments designed to induce lower electricity use at times of high wholesale market prices or when system reliability is jeopardized [1]. It is expected that Demand response can prevent the price spike and at the same time, improve the reliability of electricity supply. It is usually called the incentive-based demand response program if it is designed for the purpose of Improving Supply reliability and is called as the price-based demand response program for the purpose of preventing price spike. The Studies of demand response are under the assumption that the customers' characteristics are all identical and they are symbolized as a demand-price elasticity matrix till now. This paper proposed a variety of reliability indices to meet the customer need of different reliability indices represented by using Reliability Sensitivity matrix
