摘要
The main priorities of intelligent buildings are considered a minimum consumption of energy in achieving the highest possible comfort. For reducing of the cost of energy is required to use the cheapest energy available and it is necessary to focus on increasing energy independence. The way to achieve energy independence is the use of renewable resources. Therefore, there is a big motivation to continue to deal with developing the technology and equipment subsequent installation in households and industry. For such purpose was built the research center of the University of Zilina, which dealt in research in the field of renewable energies, interconnected to the systems that control of intelligent buildings. There is installed special firefighter systems for controlling and putting out fire in the offices and room where is situated data centrum. This article describes the different interconnection of systems for the management of the building, ensuring several kind of utilization of renewable energy sources used to produce electricity and heat for maintaining thermal comfort for all year.
