摘要
This research investigates the influence of organizational ethics on the employee turnover intentions. Responses from 169 employees, who work for different organizations, are used to test the structural model that examines the process through which organizational ethics affects the employee turnover intentions. The results of this investigation provides support for the conjecture that organizational ethics is an important factor which influences the employee turnover intentions. Results reveal that an employee would be less likely to leave an organization if organizational ethical practices are followed.
