摘要
It is necessary to continuously validate whether the function and performance of braking system meet the requirements of the specification during the producing, commissioning and maintaining of the high-speed EMU (Electric Multiple Units) trains. But it's impossible to get the real speed signals, which is one of the core foundations of the validation, in factories or laboratories and it has become a critical challenge for engineers. In this paper, we propose a hardware speed simulator used for braking system validation of the high-speed EMU trains. It's capable of generating 8 independent speed signals at the same time, and can realize different speed signals under normal braking state and anti-slip braking state. Also it can communicate with the real vehicle hardware. Experiments prove that it can meet the requirement of dynamic validation of the braking system under the condition that the vehicle is stationary. We introduce the principle and main structure of the simulator, then describe the detail design of the core components, and at last give two specific usage processes to help people to understand and use our simulator.
