Web Services are deemed as the natural choice for deploying e-government applications. We are investigating the building of a comprehensive Web Service Management System. In this paper, we focus oil querying of e-government services based oil Ontology. Our approach is based oil quality of services adjusted through a dynamic rating scheme and multilevel matching.
