摘要：

Network education refers to increase people's knowledge and skills, or affect people's thinking activities through network. Although the development of network education in Chinese universities is widely concerned by the society, certain achievements have been achieved. However, there are many problems in the development of network education in universities. This paper discusses these problems, and proposes suggestions for optimization.
