摘要
We design photonic crystal microcavities in diamond films for applications in quantum information yielding high quality factors Q>66000 and small mode volume V approximate to 1.1(lambda/n)(3). The calculated quality factors show a strong dependence on material absorption. (C)2008 Optical Society of America
