摘要
The temperature and composition dependence of the unidirectional magnetic anisotropy field H-an for thin films of magnetic semiconductors of CdCr2Se4: In (state with reentrant transition) and CdCr2-2xIn2xSe4 (spin glass state) have been determined by FMR technique (X-band). Also the temperature dependence of surface magnetic anisotropy energy constant K-s was found from SWR spectrum(X-band). (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
