This paper analyzes the reasons which college students have psychological problems such as stiff and cowardice in the aerobics teaching and we put forward to overcome psychological barriers and the elimination of students in these ways, so that students maintain a positive self-confidence in teaching, to enhance student motivation and interest, to enhance the their confidence and courage to complete the action, thus to Achieve the goal that we improve the quality of aerobics teaching.
