Study on the Influence Factors of the Dividend Policy of China's Listed Real Estate Companies

With the rapid development of China's real estate industry, more and more stakeholders pay close attention to the dividend policy which is the core of modem financial management. The dividend not only affects internal and external stakeholders, but also influences the stock price and future development of the company. In recent years, the non-dividend stocks, unstable dividend distribution and the lack of continuity have received more attention all over the world. Many real estate companies and the government start to improve the dividend policy. Therefore, we analyze the current situation of the dividend policy and the influencing factors of the dividend distribution from three aspects. We hope that we can put forward some useful suggestions to promote the company's financial management and the development of China's economy.
