Cesium uranate Cs3U12O31(OH)13 aEuro¢ 3H2O: Synthesis and characterization

摘要
Cesium uranate Cs3U12O31(OH)(13) aEuro cent 3H(2)O was synthesized by the reaction between hydrated uranium(VI) oxide UO3 aEuro cent 2.25H(2)O (schoepite) and cesium nitrate aqueous solution under hydrothermal conditions at 200A degrees C. The composition and structure of the synthesized compound were established and its dehydration and thermal decomposition were studied using chemical analysis, IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and differential thermal analysis.
