摘要
Agile software development using Scrum is an important research issue in the area of software engineering. In this paper, we describe one of the first Scrum projects used in Slovenian companies, which served as a case study for the analysis of some typical activities concerning Scrum introduction to an industrial environment. Three aspects of this project are presented: (1) the most important preparatory activities, (2) the project progress monitoring procedures, and (3) the accuracy of effort estimates. These aspects are analyzed on the basis of empirical data gathered during project observation. The most important findings are summarized in the lessons learned in order to increase the knowledge about Scrum adoption and help other companies that plan to introduce Scrum to their development process.
