摘要：

The current paper is a result of a research concerning Romanian business environment from young SMEs entrepreneurs' perspective. In any economy, young SMEs are important because their trend and evolution are significant indicators of both economic and business environment quality and a basis of economic forecasting at the same time. During research we used the Romanian National Council of Private SMEs questionnaire, a validated tools over the years, allowing a comparative approach on young SMEs and overall situation of SMEs in Romania for future research
