Nonexcisional, Minimally Invasive Rejuvenation of the Neck

This article reviews the broad range of effective options for the nonexcisional rejuvenation of the neck. It discusses the relevant noninvasive anatomy of the neck, classification of the procedural options for the aesthetic cervical physician, and specific anatomic management strategies for each category of cosmetic cervical therapy. This article is a guideline and reference for physicians performing excisional and nonexcisional procedures of the neck. The list of noninvasive, light-energy, radiofrequency, ultrasound energy and suspension technologies is extensive and the author has included those that are most relevant, commonly used, and/or highly efficacious. Promising up-and-coming treatments are introduced and discussed.
