摘要
Imidazo-fused heterocycles are used as anticancer agents. In this study, some novel imidazo[2,1-b]thiazoles were synthesized from thiohydantoins and -bromoketones in good yields. This method has the advantages of simple operation, high yields, and mild reaction conditions and uses less toxic and low-cost chemical reagents.
