摘要
The tutorial action and the student orientation at university has different aims and purposes. Each faculty has its own tutorial action plan to cover the necessities of those students who belong to it and that adjusts to the faculty. In this article, the experience as a tutor of a course, in the Faculty of Teacher Training in the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria during an academic year, is offered in order to analyse the established tutorial plan and determine if it is effective and covers the expected objectives, or if, on the contrary, it doesn't achieve the expectations.
