摘要：
This paper investigates the existence of spectral gaps, and eigen-values within these spectral gaps, for Jacobi matrices obtained by specific types of oscillating perturbations of unbounded Jacobi matrices with smooth weights. Some results on absolute continuity for such operators are also presented.
