摘要
Manufacturing of Wedge displays can never really achieve 100% surface flatness due to the physical constraints of the tools used and a Wedge display seems immune to slight bends even with the presence of such limits. We show, for each input angle between 42 degrees and 62 degrees, the maximum angular error which can be introduced by a bend of constant curvature is related to its thickness, radius of curvature, the angle of the ray before entry into the bend, and the bend length. An approximate relation is made to describe the simulated result of the behavior of such maximum angular error with varying bend lengths.
