摘要
With the continuous growth of the world's population the significance of the food producing sectors and the renewable energy resources has been increasing. Mushroom growing is a dynamically developing branch in horticulture that produces food by utilising by-products. From a nutritional point of view mushrooms are extremely important food with low energy content containing lots of kinds of minerals, fibres, essential amino-acid and important vitamins. Many of them have a curative effect. By utilising renewable energy sources attention is paid to protect the existing energy resources and the biosphere. Our paper outlines how renewable energy resources can be included in growing mushrooms to the greatest extent possible.
