摘要
Decision making problem is the process of finding the best option from all of the feasible alternatives. We model supplier evaluation problem as an MCDM problem and combine the technique of entropy method and modified Fuzzy TOPSIS (technique for order performance by similarity to idea solution). We discuss using the entropy method to determine the relative weights of multiple evaluation criteria and TOPSIS to fuzzy multiple-criteria group decision-making (FMCGDM) in a fuzzy environment. Finally, an example is shown to highlight the procedure of the proposed method at the end it shows that the proposed model is very well suited as a decision making tool for supplier selection decisions.
