摘要：

We tested the sensitivity of taste after reduction of the tongue in four girls with Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome. No patient had taste blindness, but the ability to detect salty and bitter tastes declined after reduction of the tongue. (c) 2005 The British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
