摘要
The level of glucose in blood or urine are an important indicator of diabetes. Here, a sensitive and easily operated colorimetric methods was established based on the mercaptosuccinic acid modified copper nanocluster(MSA-CuNCs). MSA-CuNCs, which was act as both thehydrogen peroxide catalyst and the chromogenic reagent. By observing the absorption at 520 nm, the H2O2 could be detected, with the detection range of 0.2-5 mM and the detection limit of 0.05 mM. Using glucose oxidase, the glucose could also be detected, the detection range was 0.2-5 mM with the detection limit of 0.12 mM. This simple and cost-effective approach indicating its great potential for point-of-care applications
