摘要：
Endometriosis is a benign gynecological disease represented by the presence of functional endometrial tissue in the peritoneal cavity. Patient's symptoms are pelvic chronic pain, dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, dysuria, rectal pain. We present a case of severe dysmenorrhea associated with endometriosis operated two times for this invalidating symptom.
