摘要：
The research of image emotional semantic is a promising and challenging direction for research. In this paper, relationship between color and human sensation was analyzed. Emotional semantic classification of weather image was performed using SVM. Meanwhile, in order to perfect the precision of Classification, both global color histogram and local features is considered. As show as experiments, good classified result was obtained by this method.
