摘要：

The concept of HiL-simulation is used for an application oriented testing of mobile hydraulic valves with little effort. The reaction of the simulated load to the valve is fed back via pressure control. Due to overrunning loads in the later application negative pressure may occur. Therefore positive and negative pressure has to be controlled. This article presents a concept of the Nil-simulation and a pressure controller. Finally experimental data of an HiL-simulation is given and compared with measurements on the real system.
