摘要
Ni-doped ZnO nanorods were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal at 140 degrees C method at 140 for 24 h. The Ni-doped ZnO nanorod was similar to 10 nm in diameter and similar to 200 nm in length. XRD pattern and Raman scattering indicate that the nanorods were single crystalline wurtzite structure and no secondary phases were found. The magnetic hysteresis loops show that the Ni-doped ZnO nanorods have diluted room temperature ferromagnetism and the saturation magnetization (Ms), residual magnetization (Mr) and coercive (Hc) are 0.04 Am-2/kg, 5.47x10-4 Am-2/kg, and 3.88kA/m, respectively.
