摘要
This paper introduces Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) for ISAD system for vehicle based on DSP and CPLD. In this system, the Switched Reluctance Motor is used as a type of integrative device which realize the conversion from mechanistic energy to electric energy or conversely, and the digital controller based on Digital Signal Processor (DSP) TMS320F240 and Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD) EPM7128S is designed. The system applies to hybrid. vehicle (HEV) to realize starting, generating and assistant propulsion. The control strategies of ISAD is that: getting the max electromagnetic torque is the aim at starting; the most highest efficiency is the aim during the process of assistant propulsion; at generating, according the energy of storage battery, the system could automatically select constant voltage charging, constant current charging and floating charging. Using of CPLD obviously simply the exterior circuit and improves the reliability of ISAD system. In this paper, the operation principle of SRM in all kinds of operation state and relevant control arithmetic and program flow of DSP. Finally, based on a machine of 3KW six-phase 12/10 discal SRM, the result of simulation and experiment is presented. The experiment results indicate that the scheme of SRM ISAD system for vehicle is feasible and digital controller based on DSP and CPLD has fine effect.
