Tourism and information technology: from traditional agencies to travel techs

摘要
This article refers to the importance of digital transformations in the tourism sector and their contributions to the development of travel agencies in the era of Tourism 4.0, the new technological revolution that has altered consumer behavior. The relationship between tourism and technology is historical, therefore, we present this relationship between both, and then we discuss the concept of travel agency until the understanding of travel techs, the new applications of IT solutions and e-commerce in the context of the tourism market, transforming the old agency market.
