Stream-based lecturing system and its instructional design

Web-based learning course lack the explanation and interpretation of teaching materials comes from teacher. In this study, we implement a stream-based lecturing system, named Media Master, which can fully integrate with web-based teaching materials and recur traditional lecturing situation in limited network bandwidth. We not only adopt this system for teacher lecturing but also for other instructional activities like collaboration/peer learning, term project report and topic discussion. We also conducted many courses by adopting this system for three years, and the result is sound.
