摘要
To investigate and understand the modern lifestyle of today's university students in Xinjiang Uygur and the relationship between mental health. It uses literature data, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics method to study lifestyle and mental health Uyghur correlation. The results showed that: Lifestyle and mental health of college students showed a moderate positive correlation; lifestyle attitudes, habits, stress relief, nutrition, diet, exercise and so on mental health were significantly affected; the return of life on mental health coefficients were significant gender differences in lifestyle on mental health of girls than to boys of big. Demonstrate the importance of lifestyle on mental health research, and Mental Health and lifestyle as a predictor of important health indicators.
