摘要
A segregating F-2 population derived from the cross 'Late Arkansas' x 'Flordaguard' was planted and evaluated for seed, vegetative and flower bud dormancy at Gainesville, FL. Microsatellite markers were used to genotype the entire F-2 population and QTL analysis was performed to identify QTL for seed, vegetative and flower bud chilling requirement. Two genomic regions controlling seed dormancy and three genomic regions affecting vegetative and flower bud dormancy were detected.
