摘要
The growingly serious problem of environmental pollution, resource scarcity and others are bringing a global attention to the electric vehicles (EVs). This paper is to develop an optimal plan of the number of different charging stations. Firstly, this plan will work out the number of charging stations, according to the number of EVs in the planning area. Under different number of charging stations, the plan aims at a minimum overall social cost, which considers the mutual benefits of charging stations and EV users, and also considers the influence of charging stations upon the distribution network. Finally, this ultimate plan is to minimize the overall social cost among different number of charging stations. This paper is to solve this nonlinear programming problems employing gravitational search algorithm. The test case proved the feasibility of the proposed method.
