摘要
The current context has imposed on organizations a change in their management systems, strategies and work system. In Cuban Higher Education, the management of science, technology and innovation is essential, a key process that provides feedback to the rest of those established for educational organizations. The article aims to reflect on the actions developed by the Scientific Council of a study center, as well as the methods and tools used to maintain and rethink its main processes in times of COVID-19. As results, the work strategy was obtained at a methodological, organizational and investigative level, as well as the strengthening of organizational relationships; the change of mentality and the collective construction of innovative scenarios for this context.
