摘要
Silver-catalyzed multicomponent strategy for the construction of highly functionalized gamma-carbonyl-alpha-camino acid derivatives has been developed under mild conditions, in which various gamma-carbonyl-alpha-amino acid derivatives were obtained in moderate to excellent yields. Preliminary mechanistic studies suggested that silver-catalyzed A(3)-coupling reaction and alkyne hydration process were accomplished in a simple operation. (C) 2020 Elsevier Ltd.
