摘要
The main objective of this study is to know the perceptions of satisfaction and fulfillment of expectations regarding the organizational climate of Higher Education Institutions in Ecuador. For it, after applying an adapted questionnaire based on a proposal prepared by the National Institute for the Evaluation of Education in Mexico, a quantitative analysis, descriptive and comparative type has been carried out, from which are derived key guidelines for the design and implementation of strategies to promote a framework of positive interactions as a prelude to a quality education.
