摘要:
The study on heat transfer behavior and slag deposition of membrane wall was conducted in a pilot-scale pulverized coal membrane wall-lined entrained-flow gasifier of 30 ton/day-class. Based on the normal slag discharging, the average flux heat of membrane wall in gasifier corresponding to employed coal including Beisu, Baodian, Tianba and Nantun was about 80-200 kW/m(2). According to pilot trial results the several parameters including liquid slag layer, solid slag layer and inner temperature were achieved through the calculation method based on heat transfer behaviours. The coal physicochemical property and operating temperature jointly determine the heat transfer behavior and slag deposition of membrane wall, the slag layer on membrane wall evidently reduces inner temperature of membrane wall.
