摘要
Since 1990s, with the arrival of global economic integration, the boom of information technology has been changing the environment and methodology of enterprise competition fundamentally. Many enterprises have deeply realized that the era of "zero-sum game"- self benefit through harming others, has reached an end whereas the new era of " cooperation - competition' -"win-win" has arrived along with ever increasing uncertainty, which results from the ever-changing external environment and cruel competition. So the strategic alliance becomes a primary choice for wise enterprises. However, the formation of strategic alliance can run into many risks. flow to select partners at the beginning of alliance formation and how to keep the alliance stable after alliance formation are of most importance and have drawn attention of many researchers. These two problems are analyzed through modeling in this paper.
