摘要：
Nowadays real estate marketing looms stringently pressing to every real estate developer in China. This paper overviews the literatures about the factors of the real estate marketing and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method used to analyze these factors. It constructs a decision-making model to analyze China's real-estate market and takes ZZ city as an example to illustrate the usage of the model. The conclusion is the application of AHP in making marketing decisions for the real-estate developers would certainly provide them with an appreciably reliable theoretical groundwork in that connection.
