摘要:
An interprofessional learning (IPL) session was developed for medical students and vocational trainees of physiotherapy in order to prepare them better for future interprofessional collaboration in health care. The interprofessional learning session using reciprocal cross-level peer tutoring allowed the participants to learn with, from and about the other profession. This study aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of the session in terms of changes in stereotypes and knowledge about the other profession. The use of the Solomon four-group design made it possible to identify pretesting effects in some analyses. The effectiveness of the session, i.e. more positive levels of stereotypes and more knowledge about the other profession compared to monoprofessionally-trained control groups, could only be partially confirmed.
