摘要
As shown, the correlated redistribution of components occurs as the result of migration of point defects introduced by deformation yet at the recovery stage below 280 K within the solid solutions deformed at low temperature and prone to short-range order. Short-range ordering at this recovery stage is the determining factor in changing of the physical characteristics of Cu-Al solid solutions. These processes are responsible for the appearance of internal friction peak at 230 K, which is steady to thermal affection and was still not clearly explained.
