摘要
This paper aims to analyze the reasons for regional variations in industrial CO2 emissions mitigation. Using a two-level LMDI perfect decomposition technique, the total energy-related industrial CO2 emissions of nine economic regions in China are decomposed into energy structure, energy intensity, industrial structure and economic output effects' during the Period of "11th Five-Year Plan. The rapid growth of industry is the most important factor responsible for increase in CO2 emission. The adjustment of industrial structure and energy structure both contribute to the increase of CO2 emissions slightly. Decline in energy consumption per unit GDP is the most important actuation fador of CO2 emissions mitigation and the energy emission factor also makes contribution to the CO2 reduction as a result of electricity generation efficiency enhancement.
