摘要
Today, interest in the image processing system is increasing in many areas including engineering, medical informatics and bioinformatics. Technological advances in camera and software fields made them to be a current issue in the determining displacement using non-contact measurement systems. In this study, we measure the displacement of civil structures with image processing method using the laser pointer and camera. For the accuracy of the results, we achieved that the most important points are ensuring stability of the shake table, high number image capturing of digital camera per second, parallelism between the screen platform and the camera vision field.
