摘要：
A balanced antipodal tapered slot antenna with low cross-polarized radiation is proposed in this article. The low cross-polarization is achieved by placing a superstrate layer on the antenna acting as an additional ground plane and leading to cancellation of cross-polarized fields. The simulation results are reported here and the measured results will be presented during the conference.
