摘要
A photonic device which achieves both phase shifting and harmonic photonic lip / down-conversion of outgoing / incoming microwave / millimeter-wave signals is presented. This device may be easily integrated, becoming an attractive alternative for phased-away antenna beam-forming applications. (C) 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
