摘要：
The host compounds para-hexanoyl calix[4]arene, H1, and para-octanoyl calix[4]arene, H2, form inclusion compounds with a variety of volatile guests and terpenes. Their structures have been characterized by single-crystal and powder diffraction methods, while thermal gravimetry confirmed the host/guest stoichiometry.
