摘要
This paper examines the impact of corporate governance and ethical level on technological innovation activities by analyzing the panel data from 110 countries around the world according to the World Economic Forum's Global Competitiveness Index. The results indicate that both corporate governance structure and corporate ethical level have significant positive impacts on enterprise technological research and innovation. Based on the above conclusions, we believe that perfecting the corporate governance structure and improving the ethical level of enterprises can effectively promote enterprises to increase R&D investment and technological innovation.
