摘要：
This paper is centered on stabilization for systems with two additive time-varying delays. First of all, by constructing a new Lyapunov functional and employing novel techniques to estimate its derivative, improved delay-dependent stability criteria are derived, which are less conservative with fewer matrix variables than existing ones. Based on the stability criteria a state feedback controller is designed, such that the closed -loop system is asymptotically stable. Finally examples are given to show the advantages of the stability criteria and the effectiveness of the proposed control method.
